The surgical sites are healing at different rates or they just don’t look the same.

Healing of the surgical site varies greatly from person to person and even within the same person from site to site.It is VERY common to have one of the extraction sites be more swollen, painful, or bruised, or take longer to heal than the other extraction sites. In fact, it is uncommon for your wounds to heal at the same rate. Generally your upper wounds will heal more quickly than the lower, but this is not the case in every patient and should not be the cause of any alarm if this does not happen.
The fact that one site heals more quickly than another does not mean that the surgery was more difficult in that area and does not mean anything is wrong now or went wrong during surgery.
The fact that one site is more swollen than another does not mean that the surgery was more difficult in that area and does not mean anything is wrong now or went wrong during surgery.
The fact that one site looks different than another does not mean that the surgery was more difficult in that area and definitely does not mean anything is wrong now or went wrong during surgery.
